FCC S.A. starts building a digital model for real-time optimization

Fábrica Carioca de Catalisadores is increasingly implementing the use of technologies that enable more process agility, production efficiency and better customer service. 

In this context, the company is developing a digital model for representing our production process, including the main operational assets associated to statistical and thermodynamic algorithms for operational efficiency control. The contextualized access to data provided by this digital model enables higher visibility of the productive process capacity, automated diagnosis of non-optimized conditions and brings further benefits in terms of sustainability, since it allows better control of natural gas consumption and burning efficiency, besides failure diagnosis. 

This model is the starting point for the development of our digital twin for optimization of real-time operation.
